Installed EA doesn't show up in MT5 navigator?

Hi, I've saved a new EA to the program files/experts/advisors folder but when I start up MT5 my EA is not displayed?

I have saved both the mql5 and ex5 files but neither show up.

 Any thoughts?

Should be /MQL5/Experts/
 
i'm having the same problem and it at mql5/expert... how did you solve the problem??

Windows XP, located in C :\ Program Files \ Metatrader 5\MQL5\Experts

Windows 7, located in C: \ Users \ [Administrator Name] \ AppData \ Roaming \ MetaQuotes \ Terminal \ [CODE] \ MQL5 \Experts

Windows 2003, located in C:\Documents and Settings\\ [Administrator Name] \Application Data\ MetaQuotes \ Terminal \ [CODE]\MQL5\Experts
