How to know the users name who purchased my product from market?

You can't.

He must tell you.

The best way that he proves, is by him telling when he purchased and you verifying... Thats the only way I know and I think there is no other way...

Only a Buyer can give review to your product however you can't judge that buyer bought full or rent 

One another way is buyer can send you snapshot of purchased product from their account (But asking from buyer a snapshot is violation because its a account privacy)
