Rules for limitations in EA

Can any one help me to understand limitations that are implemented through mql5 community is automatic or it need to be implement through A Code.

e.g: 1) We cannot write code to limit by time then how rental options are working  by distribution of EA through mql5

       2) How number of Activations are implemented. Is it automatic through MQL5 or it is feature of source code to wirte in EA.

1) Yes.

2) Don't worry about the activations, you will decide how many once you upload your EA. It is not code related. mql5.com will do that for you.

Hello, I am Brazilian I will use the google translator to write. I'm
testing the EXPERT SAADSCALPER, downloaded and use local tests normally.
But in server (Windows Server 2008) I leave it running not active, are
searching for the license, if it is free has restrictions? And if to turn
on the server to buy the license which the value? Grateful.
