Which is the best broker for CENT accounts?

Exness cent is better. There is some limitations which is good for aggressive and beginner traders.

Ex: Maximum lot allow 1.00 and minimum is 0.01, low spread most of the pairs, maximum trades allow 50 positions (Open + Pending).

Problem is re quote / off quote is too much (Not only cent, now a days, all the accounts facing same issues.)

RoboForex is the best!
 
My opinion, Forex4you cend NDD.
Fast execution, good rebate as well.
Liteforex also not bad, good rebate as well but this is my 2nd choice.
