Alarm message RSI indicator 30 and 70 on smartphone

do you know any existing RSI indicator Version, which automatically will give Alarm on Smartphone if RSI lower then 30 and higher then 70?

If not, who can write a custom MT4  RSI program with that Smartphone alarm for me and what will it cost?

I am not aware of any, but if you are looking for someone to write an indicator or EA or something, https://www.mql5.com/en/job would be a good place to start looking.  There might already be something in the list that is very close to what you are looking for.
