I don't think it's already available unless I missed something.
 
It was supposed to be released yesterday with the 1135 build (source) but it's accessible trough the build 1121, available if you log trough the MetaQuotes-Demo server.

It's an MT5 Terminal feature. Where did you see that's is accessible with mql5 ?

Nowhere, just assumed that this new information would be somehow accessible by code.

It probably will, don't you think? Something like CopyTicks.
