Account Analizer // EA or Script

I want a basic account analizer coded for me but need to know if this would be a EA or Script?

It would use the detailed statement generated by mt4.

Depending on your needs.

EA can run continuously and periodically create some kind of report.

Script must be manually started each time you want report.

Do you want code that will display data in the Metatrader chart or do you want export to text file, html, csv ready for import to Excel, ...

I would guess HTML, and script as i only need to generate it at the end of the tradeing week.

Could you give me a estimate of the cost to code it?
