Help Critical Error

Please help i got this critical error, it's for the 3rd time now :( i don't like to reset my RSA all the time i had to reinstall the software over and over again :(

Reinstall can fix it but not for long i will get the same error again...

For those who are experienced the same as i does, I not sure if this post (https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/126386 ) is the remedy... but i will give it a try i have to wait for Tuesday to reinstall, if someone tried that before me i would really appreciate your experience share...
