Me too. I sent a message and got no reply.

would be good if somebody from the moderators can write here somethink how we can contact him.

I sometimes try to write a message over the service desk link and sometimes i come on the website and see above in the right corner such a symbol like in this picture:

and when i click and read the messages i dont see that anybody has write me back in the service desk but always this symbol picture is shown.
