Currency Pairs in Market Watch Table Greyed Out
Hi John,
I'm new to this too, so I stand to be corrected, but I suspect you are right. The currency pairs in my MT4 are not greyed out, but I would guess that it's because my account was active before the end of the week, therefore having values to freeze on for the weekend. I am guessing that since the markets are closed, you don't have any values in the bid/ask columns either.
I suggest waiting until around midnight Sunday night GMT (I don't remember the exact hour), and when you are connected, your market watch should come to life.

Hi All
Please excuse my ignorance, I’m new to this. Hopefully, this will be a quick one.
It is Saturday afternoon here in New Zealand. I have just opened MT4. It is set-up to login with my recently set-up full account with my FX broker. I notice that all of the currency pairs in the Market Watch table on the left of the screen are greyed-out. Is this simply because all of the forex markets around the world are closed because it’s the weekend?
If someone could confirm this, it would be greatly appreciated.
