What code is used to make a buy/sell to a broker for Binary Options. And how do I set the expiration?

I think I can make the indicators and signals work, but not sure how to send these two parts. Any ideas?

It's the only thing I'm not sure about when making an EA for Binary Options.

You need some external tool, you can't do that with MT4/MT5 only.
 
Any update on your EA Shelton, I to have ideas and am also working on the theory
