Minimum trailing stop = 50 points, WHY??

Why can't I set the minimum trailing stop to less than 50 points?

I'm using a demo account with $1000.

Which broker do you use?

You could write your own custom trailing stop EA which would give as much control as you want

Since MT has a minimum number of points when initiate a trailing stop manualy if I code a TS in an EA for less than the minimum will it be accepted?

MTx has no such minimum. It is only your broker that sets the minimum.

i use the deriv brocker is it possible that i can manipulate their minimum points and code my own in an EA
