MT4 from FXDD build 219 doesn't compile mq4 to ex4 .

I don't know what's worng but when starting after fresh install FXDD MT4 it doesn't compile mq4 files to ex4.

Even when I want to manualy compile file it doesn't save it

Please help

 
even better when I somehow compiled the file after starting the MT it removes ex4 version !!!
 
oh when compiling it creates .ex4 file with 0 bytes
