Dumb NewBie Question.....How do I connect to Data Feed????

I looked high and low on the website to see which data providers/feeds work with MT4.

can someone please send me the link or explain how someone gets a data connection into MT4, certain providers?  only certain brokers?  i am looking for a real-time feed

Just open a demo MT4 account with the broker of your choice and you'll have their real-time data feed.

thanks but not all brokers connect to MT, plus you have do actually open an account, deposit money etc

do you know of a broker/data feed for the eminis that i can use?

Many brokers offer MetaTrader 4/5 demo accounts, just search for metatrader broker and you'll find a few. To open a demo account, you don't have to deposit anything - usually just download and install their platform.
