Freezed Data since new updates

I am very upset that my alpari and odl mt4 since new updates SIMPLY STOPS!!! The damn hoursimply stop ticking, it does not give any message, i must look daily twice whether they run or not. because of that i lost already money. What the hell is going on there!!!
 
Check firewall/antivirus settings of your computer and allow connection to Internet for updated file of client terminal.

i have disabled everything and the strange point is that not both freeze. 1 freeze without any journal message then later another,then i must restart all manually. For example right now alpari is continuing but odl simply frezeed yesterday at 20:44:58. No Journal msg. MT4 is reacting to my interactions so it did not crash or freeze itself. Connection bar shows connected (green) i see permanent 89/24 kb on bar. But data does not tick. Please help
