I think chart bars for the session are in memory only, too. history files aren't updated until MT4 is closed (there may be another time, you can watch the file dates)

Comfirm, no tick data available, however you can make your own tick file, just save to disk the Bid and Ask at every incoming tick...

Does the ticks.raw file contain realtime tick data? If so then does someone know the structure/format of the individual records in the ticks.raw file?
