Reopen Alert Window?

Is there a way to reopen the alert window after it has been closed, or do I always need to wait until the next alert to see it again?

Use simple script with only one Alert call to reopen alert window

FEATURE REQUEST: Menu item that opens the alert window if it has been closed.
