I started learning Forex by trading with the demo account and have these questions:
1) Somehow the time shown is in GMT+2:00. Why is that and can I change it to US Pacific time?
2) I am used to MACD showing the MACD line but Metatrader only shows the trigger line and histogram. Can I have the MACD line shown?
3) Showing Volume doesn't have the Y-axis values. Any setting I can change that?
4) Fibonacci only shows the % but not the values. I can use crosshair tool to get the values but wonder if any setting I can have them shown.
