OBJ_CHANNEL. How to access properties?

1) How to get the current price value (shift=0) for the upper and lower rays in OBJ_CHANNEL object?
Obviously, ObjectGetValueByShift(ChaName, 0) doesn't work in the case because it has no parameter for upper/lower selection.


2) The help window font is too small in Metaeditor in Vista. Font size adjustment in IE doesn't help as well as CTL+mouse wheel combination though it worked pretty well in XP.
