Metatrader Mobile question

Hi,

I'd like to ask a few questions regarding the MetaTrader Mobile.

Do we need to have a trading account to use the metatrader mobile? I'm asking this because my main objective is to have access only to EOD charts of the US markets on my pda. I don't need realtime charts.

Basically, I just want the possibility to analise a chart like if I was in my house, sited in front of my desktop, working with, in my case, Metastock.

So, can I use metatrader mobile as a stand alone chart package without having a trading account associated with it? If I can, apart form the cost of the software, do I have any more costs? The data is accessed online or is it possible to download it to work with it offline? Is the data free or do I need to pay any kind of monthly subscription? Does metatrader mobile read .cvs files, .acsii files or metastock files format?

So what you're saying is that buying metatrader mobile terminal I don't need to open an account to have access to the data. With a normal demo account I have access to the data.

Is there any time limit to access data through a demo account? It would be very unpleasant in a year time or so, after spending $45 in the terminal, my access could be cut off.
