MT5 server time zone and October 30 historical data cutoff

Hello,

Please confirm the historical timestamp and trading-session rules for EURUSD and USDJPY on MetaQuotes-Demo from September 1 through November 4, 2026.

Our Python export uses MetaTrader5 package 5.0.6231 and terminal build 6296.

For both pairs, we found one-tick, flat M15 and H1 bars at raw timestamp 1793401200, corresponding numerically to October 30 at 23:00 before any timezone correction. M15 bars at 23:15, 23:30 and 23:45 are absent. The next returned label is November 2 at 00:00.

Could MetaQuotes staff please confirm:

1. The timestamp-to-UTC mapping and exact 2026 daylight-saving transition dates and times.
2. The time basis required for Python history queries.
3. Whether this October 30 boundary was a scheduled session close or incomplete history.
4. How to recover the missing history if it is incomplete.

Current quote timestamps appeared approximately two hours ahead of checked UTC. We have not assumed that offset applies historically.

Thank you.
