MetaQuotes-Demo XAUUSD: timestamp semantics, tick valuation and official rule source

Hello,

I am seeking official technical clarification for XAUUSD on MetaQuotes-Demo, observed with MT5 build 6296 and the MetaTrader5 Python package 5.0.6231. This is a read-only investigation; no automated platform orders are being submitted.

1. The Python API documentation describes returned tick and bar timestamps as UTC. In this environment, raw tick epoch values appear approximately two hours ahead of the computer's synchronized UTC, and native server time is approximately GMT+2. Please clarify the time domains of tick time/time_msc, bar openings, historical events and query boundaries, including applicable UTC/DST rules and effective dates. A server display offset alone does not establish how raw epoch values should be interpreted.

2. XAUUSD reports CFD Leverage calculation, contract size 100, Tick Size=Point=0.01, with USD account/profit currency. Tick Value/Profit/Loss metadata are 0.1, while native/Python profit calculations and the contract formula imply 1 USD per standard lot per 0.01 price change. What explains the difference, and which valuation basis and validity period should apply? Metadata have not been silently overridden.

3. Where are the authoritative, effective-dated commission, swap, triple-day, settlement-time and trading/holiday-session rules for the applicable MetaQuotes-Demo environment? Please distinguish generic API definitions from server/account-group rules.

The official support assistant routes these technical topics to broker support or this forum. If account-specific details are essential, please identify an official private technical channel; no personal account information or full statements will be posted here. An answer or forum post will not be treated as trading authorization or independent certification.

Thank you.
