Title: Request for guidance: authorization for automated MQL5 CodeBase research

I'm conducting an independent research project involving the analysis and classification of publicly available trading strategies in the MQL5 CodeBase.

I'd like to explore obtaining explicit permission to retrieve all CodeBase listings and their associated source files through a controlled, sequential automated process for private research.

The proposed process would use one listing page at a time, with strict request limits, caching, checkpointing and automatic suspension if access restrictions occur.

I understand that automated access requires specific authorization under the MQL5 Terms of Use. I do not intend to redistribute or commercially republish contributors' source code.

Could a moderator please direct me to the appropriate MetaQuotes administration, legal or technical department to discuss authorization and approved access methods?

I'm also interested in whether an official API or bulk-export mechanism exists.
