MQL5.community authorization failed log in MT5 terminal

Hi, i get the message "MQL5.community authorization failed" in my mt5 platform (this only happened in 2 of my VPS servers). I am able to login using the same credential in my laptop.

May i know what is the issue?

Try using Jee Ted Choi (your mql5.com user ID) as your login ID instead of PhilipJee.

It is the same error message i get

Same issue here.

- PC (Local): Login successful without any issue

- VPS / Virtual Machine: "MQL5.community: authorization failed" on Build 6295 

I am using the exact same credentials (MQL5 Login name, not email).

It seems to be an issue specific to VPS/VM environments on the latest builds.

Hope this gets fixed in the next update soon.
