Question about contacting previous Freelance customers

Hello.

I'd like to clarify one point regarding the MQL5 Community Rules.

Is it permitted for a developer to send occasional, individually written private messages to previous customers with whom they successfully completed Freelance projects?

For example, a developer might contact a former customer to ask whether they need any further modifications, debugging, or additional MT4/MT5 development work.

These would not be automated or mass messages. Each message would be individually addressed to a previous customer, and any new project would be arranged and paid for through the MQL5 Freelance service.

Would this be considered unsolicited advertising or spam under the Community Rules?

Thank you for clarifying.

If they don't complain about your messages, there shouldn't be any problems.

Bulk mailing (many messages in a short period of time) may result in automatic blocking of messages. I don’t know the details, I’ve never encountered this.
