THe password reset link doesn't work

Hi, today several people have the same problem in other threads, the reset mail is not arriving even to gmail, so it looks like something on the site side and not your email.

If you opened the account with the Google button you dont need the reset mail, log in on the site with Google like always, go to your profile, Settings, Security and set a new password there. Then use your login name (not the email) in the terminal.

If your account was not with Google and you cant enter at all, wait some hours and try again, and if it still dont arrive open a request in Service Desk from any device where you are still logged in.
