same thing happened last month. several users reported same issue. but then a few days later few of them reported that they received their emails 2 - 3 days later.
Well i got the recovery password within 2 minutes , thats not the issue
I used the temporary password that i got from the email , i logged in to the MQL5 website , set my new password for my MQL5 account that i also use for my terminal but it keeps rejecting it
I guess i will try again tommorow and hope its magically fixed or else i will contact MQL5 directly
