Hello,
I recently published on the MQL5 Market but I am unable to install the demo version of my own product. The installation fails without displaying an error code in the MT5 Journal.
The Journal shows Downloading but nothing else
No further error or successful installation message appears.
I have tried multiple MT5 terminals with the same result.
Importantly, I can successfully download and install the demo version of my other EA using the same MQL5 account and terminal.
Could a Market administrator please check whether the demo package for my new EA is correctly generated and available for installation?
