Are there different in the behavior of Strategy Tester between a demo account and a real account?

I'm new with Metatrader and I tried to test ExpertMAPSARSizeOptimized with 1 Hour with the following parameters (log file):

After a few hours, the best parameters only execute the first month of 2000 and I would like to review all until 2011.11.04

There may be a difference. But you will be amazed for sure when you realize the difference between the tester and live trading!
