Unable to pay for renting VPS
I live in Australia and trying to rent VPS from Metaquotes/MQL5. My target is to execute my EA from the VPS for fast trade execution. When I pay using my bank card, my bank sends me notification to approve the payment and I approve it. Then after about 3 seconds I receive the following message: "Declined by issuing bank". I contacted my bank and they couldn't provide me with a solution. There is no option to pay using PayPal on MT5 VPS window, otherwise I would use it. So, I am stuck. Please let me know if anyone has a solution. Thank you.
