minor ui bug with colours. I have my windows colour scheme on dark, but when i open mt5 for first time, the market watch has light green, light red color scheme -- while the rest of mt5 has my system dark scheme as expected.
i cannot add an image to show it, as i fixed it by clicking system in the color themes, which fixed it. but note that system was already ticked.
Hello MetaQuotes team,
I am reporting a reproducible MQL5 Script initialization issue on MetaTrader 5 Build 6230.
A minimal Script compiles successfully with 0 errors and 0 warnings, is recognized and loaded by the terminal, but OnStart() is never reached. The terminal later reports:
“initialization failed (0)”
Minimal source:
void OnStart()
{
Print("PHASE7B_R3_CONTROL_ONSTART_REACHED");
}
Environment:
Windows 10, MetaTrader 5 Build 6230, MetaEditor Build 6230, AMD64, DEMO account. No order placement or live trading was involved.
The Script was tested as a minimal runtime control. Its source and compiled EX5 hashes were preserved and verified. The failure occurred before the expected Print marker appeared. A second Script load lifecycle was also observed immediately after the first removal, but the origin of that second load is unresolved.
We have already checked artifact integrity, installation path, permissions, Zone.Identifier, Defender/Code Integrity evidence, process architecture, loaded modules, token state and process mitigations. No confirmed root cause was established.
Could you please advise:
Root cause is currently unresolved, so I have stopped further runtime testing to preserve the evidence.
void OnStart()
{
Print("PHASE7B_R3_CONTROL_ONSTART_REACHED");
}
Not reproducible.
