  1. Are you trading with a proprietary trading firm where you competed in a challenge or contest and you lost─disqualified?
  2. Are you trading with a broker outside of your home country where your deposit can be disqualfiied?
  3. Contact the company that opened your trading account─they control your balance.

MetaTrader did not disqualify the account. The broker or prop firm server did

"Balance: disqualified" means the account was marked as failed, most likely because a trading rule was breached. Check your account dashboard or contact the company that issued the login credentials

The terminal only displays the verdict. The server makes the decision
