Need Help.. Account got 'financial operations are limited' because i paid the EA for my wife on her acc

So me and my wife have separate mql5 account but we do share activation because i always help her to attach & set up her terminal in my VPS. i have her to create her own account as she do also want to check EA page and do backtest and she do also chat with developer about product.. i dont like my chat page to be mixed up which is why we got seperate account. then just few days ago she wanted to buy EA and i paid for her with my card which i use to pay the EA i bought on my account.. i didnt know this would cause trouble. This is where i realized i should have just bought the EA she want on my account as i manage her terminal on my VPS and i can just use my account for all EA me and wife wanted.. 

But right now my account got 'financial operations are limited'. how do i fix this ? 
 
I have opened a ticket support yesterday but havent got reply from support. just curious if there's any faster way to fix this issue ?

If you buy Market product from your MQL5 forum account/profile so it means that you only are able to use this product (because the activation of it is per account/profile).
