Don't panic. Even if the product has been removed from the Marketplace, you can still access any remaining activations through your "My Purchases" section, provided you're logged into the same MQL5 account that originally purchased the EA.

Don't panic. Even if the product has been removed from the Marketplace, you can still access any remaining activations through your "My Purchases" section, provided you're logged into the same MQL5 account that originally purchased the EA.

To locate your purchased products:

1. Open your MetaTrader 5 terminal 
2. In the "Navigator" panel, expand "Market" -) "My Purchases".
3. You'll find all your purchased and downloaded products organized into three categories:

"Updates" Products with newer versions available.
"Applications" - All purchased or downloaded products.
"Demo" - Products for which you've downloaded demo versions.

Each entry displays the product name, installed version, last update date, category, and purchase information.

Simply click "Open" to locate the EA in the Navigator, then drag and drop it onto your chart to use it.

If the EA does "not" appear under "Market -) My Purchases", please make sure you're logged into the correct MQL5 account via "Tools -) Options -) Community", as purchases are tied to the account used to buy the product.

That's valid for a product removed by an actual Seller. But are you sure it's still working when the seller is no longer a Seller ?

It will continue to work. Cuz the EA's here isn't a cloud based service. it's a compiled ex4 - ex5 files protected by the MQL5 licensing system. Once the product is purchased, the activation is tied to your account, not to whether the seller is still actively selling it. Existing activations remain available through "My Purchases". And further more even If the seller simply removed the product from the Market, they can still publish updates later and existing customers will receive them. Only If the seller account has been permanently closed or banned, then naturally there won't be any future updates. But that still doesn't invalidate the licenses that have already been issued.

Ok, so how do you know that ? Did you experiment it ?

Come to think of it, I have no idea who my former customers were but they sure as heck know who I am... and no one Messaged me to complain.

Yes, correct!, I own many EAs that have either been removed from the Marketplace or whose sellers have disappeared. To this day, every single one of them still operates just fine.

But still, I don't need to experiment it in order to see things clearly.. It's just a matter of understanding how the MQL5 licensing system works. The activation is issued by MetaQuotes and tied to the buyer's MQL5 account, Not to whether the seller is still active. That's fundamentally different from cloud authorized products, where every trade must be validated by the developer's servers.
The people who purchased products outside MQL5 Marketplace will know what I'm talking about..

So in short that's not how things works here on MQL5 marketplace.

And think about it logically; "if previously issued licenses could be revoked simply because a seller left the Market, nobody would trust buying software on MQL5 in the first place."
 
Maybe deep down, we all know which algo and which seller are we talking about.

Logical reasoning can sometimes be misleading.
