Ah ok, i hope it's because they are on vacation if i don't have any news since 2 weeks.

And nope, this issue is not solved yet.  It's still impossible for me to buy anything, or to download or update any product that i already paid for it.

The scariest thing, is to not be sure i will recover my account or not, after spending more than 2000 dollars on EAs.

Please just write a follow up in your existing ticket. 

DO NOT create a new ticket.

If you still don't get an answer on Monday, just advice me, I will see what I can do (I don't promise anything though, it's not under my control).
