"Financial operations are limited" Account blocked since 10 days and support service not responding

My account is actually block since 4th of July.  I cannot buy anything, and i cannot download or udpate any Ea i paid for it.

Of course i contact the support team.  On 6th of July, They reply and ask few questions because they suspected something. I give the proove that everything was clear and did nothing wrong.

Actually since 9 days i don't have any information.  Service support doesn't reply anymore.  

Of course i send again message,( 5 in total ) to ask what's goint on.  But nothing.

Last 6 months, I spend more than 2000 dollars on differents Eas.  After changing something on my setup, i cannot use some of them anymore, i cannot make any update.  And the futur of my account is absolutly uncertain, which after how much i spend, scares me a lot. Most of the EA i bought are now 3 times more expensive, and even if i open a new account and buy them, i have no guarantee that they will not close my account again for some reason.

I don't know if it's something normal, or if you have any advice how to resolve this problem. Did it happen to anyone here ?

"Financial operations are limited" issue has nothing to do with any market products which you already bought; it means that you can use them within the available activations; the activations are in your profile here listed: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/fred87k/market

As to "Financial operations are limited" issue so we (on the forum) have nothing to do with it.
The service desk only is dealing with it sorry.
So, you should wait for reply.

Yes, it's what i though too. But in fact, i cannot download the EA i bought, and can't even make any update. And i don't know why. ( in my terminal, or from the website )

Even downloading free demo for backtest is not allowing to me...  I have no button for that.

But really i'm scared to not have any reply from the support since 9 days actually. Is it really usual ?
