Is it normal for VPS logs to skip time?

I have an EA that basically fires a log every 15mins.

I'm wondering what could have caused this "time skip" where it stopped generating logs between 10:15 to 11:45, the next log was 11:47 (delayed 2mins), 12:02 then 12:15.

I missed a very good move that happened between the missing span of time.

Was it my broker XM?

did you do as i suggested in your previoius thread? i suggested trying the same setup on a different vps. there are a few good ones on google. And many others where you buy but then allowed 7 or 28 days "trial" and to get refund.
