Best way to trade copy from telegram signals

Can someone that copies signals from telegram tell me a good way to do this?

I'm thinking about going the python route, but I figured I'd ask the forum before so.

Any good programs that you would recommend?

Sometimes the telegram owner will say to get out of the trade, and I need the program to adjust for those instances.
