MQL5 VPS problem

My MQL5 VPS is showing 'signal disabled' in the logs, which prevents my EA from trading. I have already synchronized and migrated my account with 'Migrate All' settings, and my MQL5 community account is connected. Why is the VPS still disabling the signal service despite full synchronization?"

Do you have the signal subscription on your trading account (the trading account with VPS)?
If not so the signal subscription can not be synchromize just because there is no any subscription for the signal now.

The 'signal disabled' message in the MQL5 VPS Journal, has nothing to do with the fact that your EA doesn't trade on the MQL5 VPS.

If it requires DLL calls, it will not work on it, because they are prohibited.

Check with the EA's author/seller what else could be wrong.

I'm facing an issue when migrating my Expert Advisor to the MQL5 VPS, and I could really use some help.
The EA works perfectly fine on my laptop and executes trades without any issues. However, as soon as I synchronize and deploy it to the MQL5 VPS (which I am actively subscribed to for $15/month), it stops working and I get a "Signal Disabled" status or log message. Because of this, it is not opening any trades on the VPS.
I have already made sure the subscription is active, but I'm stuck on how to resolve this conflict between the local terminal and the VPS setup.
Has anyone encountered this specific issue before? What is the correct way to fix this so the EA can run smoothly on the VPS?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm facing a frustrating issue when migrating my Expert Advisor to the MQL5 VPS (subscribed at $15/month), and I could really use some expert advice.

The EA works perfectly fine on my own computer and opens trades without any issues. However, as soon as I upload it to the MQL5 VPS and complete the synchronization, it stops working entirely and fails to open any trades.

When checking the Journal tab on the VPS, I see this specific message: "1 EA signal disabled". This seems to be the exact reason why it refuses to execute trades from the VPS. The moment I stop the VPS and run the EA locally on my computer again, it goes back to working normally.

I have attached a screenshot of the issue and highlighted the exact error message in blue.

Has anyone dealt with this "1 EA signal disabled" message after syncing to MQL5 VPS? How can I fix this so the EA can trade properly on the server?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Have you read my above answer?
Thank you, Eleni, for clarifying that the "Signal disabled" message is unrelated to the EA's performance.
I have migrated using the "Migrate All" setting. The EA doesn't require any DLL calls to function. Since it works perfectly on my local PC but completely stops opening trades on the VPS, could you please guide me on what specific logs or errors I should look for in the VPS Journal to identify the real issue? Thanks again for your help!

Hi Sergey,
No, I do not have any signal subscriptions, nor am I trying to copy trades from anyone.
The issue is with my own Expert Advisor (EA). It runs perfectly fine on my local computer/laptop and executes trades without any issues. However, as soon as I migrate and deploy it to the MQL5 VPS, it stops working and does not open any trades at all.
Could you please help me understand why the EA works locally but fails to execute trades once migrated to the VPS?
Thank you!

Hi everyone,
To clear up any confusion: this is a Demo Account, and I am not subscribed to any trade copy or signal services at all.
The "Signal disabled" message in the logs is just the system's default notification because there is no active signal subscription on this demo account. My only goal is to run my own Expert Advisor (EA), which works perfectly on my local computer but fails to open trades once migrated to the MQL5 VPS.
Let's focus on why the EA itself isn't executing trades on the VPS. Thank you!
