1H Price Action Chart bug

Other account are fine, Other pair are fine, BTCUSDm other timeframe are fine
Except the 1H

I remove the account and log in again, nothing changes

Pic 1 isn't like Pic 2

Mai:

close the app and delete the price data file of that timeframe and then open to same chart again.

If only BTCUSDm H1 is affected while other symbols/timeframes are normal, it is usually a local history/cache problem for that exact symbol and timeframe.

I would try this order:

1. Close MetaTrader completely.
2. Open the terminal data folder: File > Open Data Folder.
3. Go to Bases > [your broker server] > history, then find the BTCUSDm H1 history file if it exists.
4. Delete only the affected BTCUSDm H1 history/cache file, not the whole folder.
5. Start MetaTrader again and open BTCUSDm H1.
6. Right-click the chart and refresh, or scroll back to force MT5 to download the history again.

If the chart is still different after that, compare the same symbol on the same account/server because BTCUSDm data can be different between brokers or even between account servers.

Can you make it in Mobile version? 😅

hmmm... that depends on the device. if you have full access to the files, then i believe so, you just have to find the file.

or delete all files from the app. every device i have used has that option in app options.

Problem Resolved

Oh my god! 😭 It doesn't needs to be complicated than it needs to be

TLDR:  Update the App

And escape the
"Maybe I need desktop MT5."
"Maybe I need file-system access on Android."
"Maybe I need to clear app data."
"Maybe I need to reinstall MT5."

I discovered the fix before wiping years of drawings, indicators, and chart setup.
 You're welcome

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Thanks for reporting the fix. Most users do not do that and the same question gets asked multiple times before someone reports the fix for the next ones that come accross the same issue.
