terminal difficulties

Dear members, 

I am experiencing difficulties with my MT5 trader terminal, I cannot open MarketWatch, Navigator, Toolbox. When i press the icons, i shows that it is pressed, however the tabs do not open. Could enyone troubleshoot?

DST.1:

close mt5 and try deleting terminal.ini file. it will be in your config folder.

also check your journal and expert tabs for errors. report any below.

It would also help if you posted your spec's, e.g., Windows version versus Mac OS version, RAM, CPU, MT5 Build number, etc.
