I found a reference to PlayOnLinux (free) posted in the Linux Mint Forums, and MT5 is supported by PlayOnLinux.

Of course, the same old MT5-Linux performance warnings apply to PlayOnLinux.

Can you explain why Omarchy distro? What's different on that distro?
In short, it's an opinionated distro by DHH. I am a follower of his work and style so that's why I like it too. But it's just a better distro than other Arch Linux based distros. Firstly, it's documented extremely well, the native application menu, the ease through which you can download packages, the theme configurability are just unbeatable. Of course it's linux so it's endlessly customizable, but the stock version gives you everything to get started.

Run Windows apps such as Microsoft Office/Adobe in Linux (Ubuntu/Fedora) and GNOME/KDE as if they were a part of the native OS, including Nautilus integration.
