Metatrader is always lagging behind when it comes to how effective and fast it is to open a position/order with SL and TP. It is still stuck in the traditional way of writing prices down which takes forever to set a pending order.
As a developer I understand there is a workaround by having a trading manager that has a RiskToReward ratio tool. But you see not every trader can manage to get one and if they do, again not all prop-firms allows EA trading, so that's why this feature should be inbuilt.
They did a good upgrade on the mobile phone version (You can just drag lines around to your levels and then proceed with opening the order). The same thing can be done for the PC version.
