contacting for financial problem

 
I'm trying to reach out for financial problem at service desk but no reply at all , my account financial opertaions are limited and I need to run MQL VPS as soon as possible 

any help ?

You must contact Service Desk , as this type of support is strictly not handled through the forum.

Follow the prompts in the chatbot in the correct order. The system will eventually allow you to submit a ticket to speak with a support agent.

I did open service desk ticket , it's been 1 day now and no reply , and I'm in a need to activate my VPS :/

The Service Desk usually replies within a week.

Yesterday was a Sunday and today is a holiday in Cyprus, so you should wait a bit longer.

Open a new ticket on Service Desk, add your message, and you should receive a reply within 2 to 3 days.

When a service has a many users, response times are usually longer than when contacting a seller directly. Also, most financial companies do not work on weekends.

In short, if you have already sent your message, just wait patiently for a response from MQL5.

yea unfortunately financial limits are not something anyone on the forum can really fix. only service desk can see the account and payment side.

if you already opened a ticket, i would avoid opening too many new ones because sometimes that just makes it messier. make sure your ticket has screenshots, account login, payment method used, and explain that you need the VPS activated. then you probably just have to wait a bit, especially with weekend/holiday delays.

not ideal when you need it fast, but this kind of issue has to go through official support.
