I'm trying to reach out for financial problem at service desk but no reply at all , my account financial opertaions are limited and I need to run MQL VPS as soon as possible

I did open service desk ticket , it's been 1 day now and no reply , and I'm in a need to activate my VPS :/
yea unfortunately financial limits are not something anyone on the forum can really fix. only service desk can see the account and payment side.
if you already opened a ticket, i would avoid opening too many new ones because sometimes that just makes it messier. make sure your ticket has screenshots, account login, payment method used, and explain that you need the VPS activated. then you probably just have to wait a bit, especially with weekend/holiday delays.
not ideal when you need it fast, but this kind of issue has to go through official support.
