Negative Balance On Seller Account

Hello and good day to all, someone purchased my product and i thought it was legit but MQL5 canceled it due to the payment use was a stolen credit card, the thing is that i already withdrawn the money on my account and now its on negative balance.

How or when will it be returned to normal?

If anyone encountered this please answer or share you thoughts about this. Thanks in advance.

write to the service desk about it asking them for advice: 

go to Contacts and requests at the end of this page, and it is how to ask the bot (there is the bot there) to create the ticket for the service desk for you. You can send the link to this thread together with the description for example: post #8

I really don't see the immediate problem here. Presumably, you'll make another sale and the negative balance will be backfilled─and you can't withdraw again until then so...

Technical support is made on the forum, and financial support - for the service desk.

You should write to the service desk asking them for advice - look at this post #8 about how to contact
