There is one summary blog post about the limitations, for example:
- about Microsoft Edge WebView2 which should be installed for the Market,
- about TLS 1.2,
- and more and more.
You can look at this blog post to find the reason for you:

Besides, you can read all logs (all Journal) - because some limitations and the reasons are often are written there for example.

Hello,
I cannot access Marketplace to get my Purchases on any of my MT5 terminals. I can't reach the service desk through chat - can someone let me know if my IP address (128.254.194.48) is banned?
I am connecting to Marketplace as I can see in the Journal but the Market comes up empty (white screen) when I try to access. Can someone assist me? Thank you!
besides webview2 and described by Sergey, you should check your system logs for errors. I can see from the obvious old icon of ancient version of internet explorer -- that your windows version is also old. maybe it is a server 2016 or 2012? You may need to disable Internet Explorer feature, enhanced security -- i think that is what it was called "back then". you can find out steps to do that in a google search. sorry too many steps to describe in a short comment.

Thanks for adding. I have had this VPS for several years without issue, then. one of Metatraders stopped showing the Marketplace, so I would copy whatever indicator/bot from a second Metatrader to my first account and it worked for a while. But just this week, I am unable to see the Marketplace for any Metatrader account. I have never had the Error 403 issue.
I did add Webview, enhanced security was disabled, then I disabled/removed IE. Tried with Firewalls off too. Still can't see Market.
Any other suggestions? Oddly, I have a second exact same Hyonix Server setup but London based and never had an issue.
what do you mean by you diabled and removed ie? That is a very bad idea. i doubt that webview would be 100% usable without the ie engine. It might show in task manager that webview2 is active, but i highly doubt that all its required components are.
when was the last time that you did a clean or full wipe and full new setup of your vps? This would be where my next step would be. But...
well the 1003 error in mt5 is assumed to be a general connection issue, but this could be issue on either end of the connection and between.
but 403 "on the other hand" is generally assumed that it is connection always on the local end. but could also be that the site has a block on your vps provider. i would do a quick search of this site for the name of your provider and see if there is any threads related to a provider wide block.
but i have not used those version of server for over 18 months because of constant issues with not just mt4/5 but other programs. I upgraded to w11 pro and enterprise on all my vpses all that time ago. The issues i had would "come and go" never same issue; and like i said the issues werent just with mt4/5. so if i were in your shoes, i would "scrub my hands" of w10/8 and their server: big brothers/sisters and "make the plunge".
Example of using the bot. i have used same method at least 6 times. never failed.

you want to buy EA on the Market which is traded MQL5 economic calendar but you are affraid to do it just because you see incorrect data (according to your opinion) on this MQL5 ecomonic calendar ... so - what to do? Will the data be corrected or any?
