Broker apart from metaquotes not showing in web terminal and pc app.
Donwload the custom/branded MT5 terminal from your broker's website and you will be able to connect to their trading account easier.

In my pc app and web terminal I cant add other broker account. There is no option to add other broker account. Only showing meta server. How to solve this?
accounts for web terminal and pc terminal have different broker account numbers. You can not add a web terminal account to your pc terminal, nor the other way round.
Chat to your broker. You will find your link to broker branded "web terminal" in your broker's client backoffice/web portal.
