Unable to Complete Phone Verification for Seller Registration

Hi everyone,

I am trying to register as a Seller on MQL5, but I am unable to complete the phone verification step.

I tried using both SMS verification and the Telegram bot, but neither worked:

  • SMS: I did not receive any verification messages.
  • Telegram bot: It always replies that there is no MQL5 code for my phone number.

I have tried both my U.S. phone number and my Hong Kong phone number, but the issue remains the same.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there another way to complete phone verification or contact support to manually review this issue?
