MQL5 Market does not open on mt5 terminal

hello. what the subject says. I click on icon top right that allow to login into mql5 - nothing happens. when i click my purchases from navigator - blank window. when i click mql5 market from tools dropdown - also nothing.

Make sure that you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your vilcinslaissezfaire login and check the Journal tab for any messages or errors.
 

issue fixed

I checked journal, it said 2026.04.26 08:55:48.546 WebView couldn't find WebView2 Runtime

i downloaded Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime from microsoft website, evergreen version when you scroll down it's in the middle of the page. installed, and now the issue is fixed.
