Can't login or create a new account

Curently i'm using my google account to write this message.

I can't create a new account to login in my MT4 because I don't receive any email to complete the registration. No Spam, No Email, nothing.

And i can't create a new password for this google account because I also don't receive any email.

I've tried everything, however without receiving the email i can't connect to my MT4 account and Buy your products

Seems we are in the same situation. I don't know why your comment was removed from the other thread when it's exactly the same problem.

I also have te same problem. I tried to recover password but no email received after reseting. Also after registration of new account theres is no email with password coming.

HI im also having the same issue. Unable receive any email from MQL5 Support. Submit to recover password also did not receive .

Please kindly help so that i can purchase your products. Thank you

i can not register an account here i am using the google automatic login but i still need to create a password to be able to buy product. please Admin   or someone help me go through

There was a problem with MQL5 account creation and password recovery.

same here can only use my google account to sign in cant recover my password for my other account i haven't used for 4 years
